Set-VMMemory <vm> -StartupBytes 8GB

Adjusts memory and vCPUs. Dynamic memory can change live; fixed memory and vCPU counts usually need a stop.

Syntax

Set-VMMemory <vm> -StartupBytes N / Set-VMProcessor <vm> -Count N
