caffeinate

caffeinate -i <command>

Prevents sleep while a command runs (or for -t seconds) — protect long copies and builds.

Examples

  • caffeinate -i rsync -av src/ dst/Stay awake during a copy

Syntax

caffeinate [-i] [-t sec] [command]
