virsh start / shutdown

CautionStart/stop KVM domains

virsh start <domain> / virsh shutdown <domain>

Starts and gracefully stops domains. 'destroy' is a power pull (not deletion!) — last resort.

Syntax

virsh start|shutdown|reboot|destroy <domain>
