CautionRotate logs

logrotate -d /etc/logrotate.conf

Automates log rotation, compression and pruning. -d dry-runs the config; -f forces a rotation.

Examples

  • logrotate -f /etc/logrotate.d/nginxForce-rotate now

Syntax

logrotate [-d] [-f] <config>
