CautionInstall/upgrade Helm charts

helm upgrade --install <release> <chart> -f values.yaml

Deploys charted apps; 'upgrade --install' is the idempotent CI/CD form. --dry-run previews the render.

helm upgrade --install monitoring prometheus-community/kube-prometheus-stack -n monitoringInstall a monitoring stack

Syntax

helm install|upgrade [--install] <release> <chart> [-f values] [-n ns]

Before you run it

Wrong values files overwrite settings.
