aws ssm get-parameter --name <name> --with-decryption
Reads/writes central config; SecureString plus --with-decryption is the standard secrets pattern.

Syntax
aws ssm get-parameter --name n [--with-decryption] / put-parameter --name n --value v --type SecureString
